В статье рассматривается влияние стиля родительского воспитания и эмоционального климата в семье на самооценку подростков. Актуальность исследования обусловлена возрастными особенностями периода подросткового кризиса и высокой ценностью поддержки с стороны семьи для личностного развития. Проведённое эмпирическое исследование с использованием методик диагностики самооценки и стилей родительского воспитания позволило выявить закономерности в корреляции этих двух феноменов. В особенности, доказана позитивная связь между поддерживающим стилем воспитания и высокой самооценкой подростков. Разработаны практические рекомендации для родителей и педагогов.
The article examines the influence of the quality of parent-child relationships on the formation of self-esteem in adolescents. The relevance of the topic is due to the high importance of adolescence as a critical stage in the development of the self-concept and emotional stability of the individual. The main goal of the study was to identify the relationship between the nature of family interaction and the level of self-esteem of adolescents. The empirical study was conducted using tests that assess the characteristics of self-esteem and parental attitudes. The results indicate a significant correlation between a supportive parenting style and positive self-esteem of adolescents. Practical recommendations for parents and teachers are presented. The results can be used in psychological counseling and prevention of adolescent crises.
